Welcome to Republic Firearms Training ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, SMS messaging, and any transactions conducted with us. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase firearms, ammunition, or other restricted products from us. By using our services, you confirm that you meet all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding firearm ownership and purchases.

3. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all local, state, and federal laws related to firearm ownership, purchase, and usage. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are legally permitted to own and use any products purchased from us.

4. Orders & Payment

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.

Orders may require verification of identity and compliance with all applicable laws.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

All payments must be made in full before orders are processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer in compliance with all federal regulations.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and FFL information. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, regulatory reviews, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Firearms & Ammunition: All firearm and ammunition sales are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed.

Other Products: Non-firearm items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Restocking fees may apply.

7. SMS Communication

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from us. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Opt-In: You can subscribe through our website, in-store, or promotional sign-ups.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any SMS to unsubscribe. Help: Text HELP to (508) 567-3866 or call the same number for assistance.

We are not responsible for message delays or failures due to mobile carrier issues.

1.This campaign sends SMS Notifications, Alerts & Occasional Marketing Communication to customers who have opted in to receive SMS notifications.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the short code. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
